Even if you opt not to choose a platinum preferred warranty for your roofing system purchase, rest assured that we will ensure the highest industry standards are met in completing your project.

For those who do choose a warranty, please note that it will be governed by the respective provincial law, and it commences on the date the product/service is delivered to the original purchaser. Once the warranty period has begun, it cannot be halted or interrupted.

However, it is essential to understand that we reserve the right to deny or reverse any warranty claims for parts, labor, or miscellaneous charges in the event of errors, abuse of warranty provisions, or submission of fraudulent claims. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of our warranty service and uphold the highest level of trust with our valued customers.
